Farah brings extensive experience in organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, compensation/benefits, performance management, and domestic/international labor laws. Farah’s experience spans across the defense, technology and nonprofit sectors where she created collaborative, adaptive cultures to drive workforce excellence and productivity. She has proven leadership skills in the areas of organizational transformation, change management, intercultural communication, team building, and more.
Prior to Clyde Group, Farah managed the Human Resources department at Eurasia Foundation. In her leadership role at Eurasia Foundation, she supported organizational development, streamlined recruitment processes, created a competitive compensation structure, drafted domestic and international labor contracts, generated employment handbooks, and supported the organization in DE&I efforts.
Farah earned her bachelor’s degree from Mary Washington. In her spare time, Farah enjoys high intensity interval training, and discovering new restaurants to try with her husband.
