Cassidy began her career with intensive public affairs training through the Coro Fellows Program in St. Louis. After her fellowship, she worked with Bloomberg Associates and the City of Atlanta to implement Atlanta’s key climate policy priorities. Most recently, Cassidy worked in public policy at a start-up in the housing space, where she led comprehensive campaigns in cities and states to advance legislation that encourages increased adoption of security deposit alternatives that reduce housing costs for renters.
Cassidy graduated from Emory University with a B.S. in Environmental Science and a B.A. in International Studies. In her free time, she can be found hiking, doing art, or exploring local bookstores.
