We want employees who want to stay and grow with us. To recognize loyalty, Clyde Group employees receive a five-week paid sabbatical after their fifth anniversary. The catch? You have to go on an amazing adventure that will make us all insanely jealous.

Paid Family Leave

New baby? We provide eight weeks of paid family leave for parents of newborns and newly adopted children. And because parenting is messy, we also pay for a house cleaner each month for the first year of your child's life.

Summer Fridays

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Clyde Group employees are encouraged to work remotely on Fridays.

Professional Development Budget

All employees have access to funds for professional development resources such as classes, networking events and workshops. Clyde Group also hosts formal trainings with outside experts on a variety of topics. We want our employees to never stop learning.

Generous PTO Policy

Along with generous vacation, we are also flexible and understanding of life’s unpredictable events. You start with 15 days of vacation and can earn up to 25 with your tenure at Clyde Group.
