We want employees who want to stay and grow with us. To recognize loyalty, Clyde Group employees receive a five-week paid sabbatical after their fifth anniversary. The catch? You have to go on an amazing adventure that will make us all insanely jealous.
New baby? We provide twelve weeks of paid family leave for parents of newborns and newly adopted children. And because parenting is messy, we also pay for a house cleaner each month for the first year of your child's life.
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Clyde Group employees are encouraged to work remotely on Fridays.
