Our Commitment:

Community  

We invest in our local, national and global community throughout the year to ensure we are playing a role in building a more egalitarian society.

Every year our team is committed to providing pro-bono PR support to a D.C.-based nonprofit as part of our Clyde Impact initiative. The selection process occurs each year between September and October. This offering is for nonprofits that do work to directly improve and support the Washington, D.C. region. Inclusivity
We foster healthy dialogues and tolerance in all that we do. Acceptance is a key pillar of our culture. As part of our dedication to building an inclusive environment, we ensure a gender-balanced interview process and a diverse recruitment strategy. Internally, we require unconscious bias training and encourage staff affinity groups. In addition, we celebrate national observances, like Black History Month in February, through thoughtful content on our blog, and we work with clients that align with our values of inclusivity.

Sustainability
We are environmentally conscious and look for green solutions in everything we do. We seek digital-first, paper-free solutions. We limit the use of plastics and non-recyclable products in our office. We invest in services like Imperfect Produce, to bring in healthy snacks for the office that would otherwise be thrown away. In addition, we invest in Compost Cab to reduce our landfill waste.
