As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility and giving back to our local community, Clyde Group offers the Clyde Impact program.
What is Clyde Impact?
Each year, Clyde Group will offer pro bono public relations services for a nonprofit organization that serves the Washington, D.C. area. We are able to offer PR support for up to six months on a project basis. This offering is for nonprofits that do work to directly improve and support the Washington, D.C. region.
This upcoming year will be the second year of the Clyde Impact program. In the program’s first year, we worked with AsylumWorks, an organization that provides support to local individuals seeking asylum in the United States. The work included a full creative rebrand, social media content, and a website content audit.
Then, in July, we began our second 2020 partnership with House of Ruth (HoR), an organization assisting survivors of domestic abuse in the D.C. area. Clyde Group helped promote the launch of HoR’s new childcare facility, Kidspace, garnering coverage in The Washington Post and developing messaging, social media content, a revamped newsletter, and a press release.
We are currently accepting applications for organizations seeking public relations support for a project in 2021. If you are a nonprofit and would like to be considered:
Applications for 2021 will be accepted until December 18, 2020, at 11:59 PM EST.
Clyde Impact welcomes applications from all interested D.C. area nonprofits. Eligible organizations must have possessed 501(c)(3) status for two years as of December 31, 2020, prior to applying for pro bono PR support. Documentation will be required.
