Typically has 6-8 years of relevant experience. An expert digital tactician able to contribute to any digital deliverable including website development, social strategy, and paid media. Capable of evaluating data, developing reports, and building a plan. Digital strategist capable of bringing creative ideas to life. Both a big thinker and tactician, and able to seamlessly transition between the two roles.
What you will be doing:
- Working closely with internal client teams across multiple accounts to develop digital strategies to achieve clients’ digital goals
- Overseeing digital and client service team members to execute digital strategies
- Assign digital responsibilities to junior team members with clear assignees and deadlines
- Ensure all deadlines are met, and the quality of work is high
- Report digital successes and metrics to clients; can communicate digital strategy and results clearly to internal and external team members
- Advises team on industry trends, current events, and uses insights to shift strategies as needed
- Have insight into digital aspects of client SOWs and ensure that timely objectives and deliverables are being output
- Propose new digital strategy as needed to achieve client outcomes
- Identify external tools to improve digital activities and results
- Helping to lead digital for clients and internal audiences
- Present to senior team members on client teams about digital strategy and results as needed
- Work with client delivery and client service teams to quickly develop digital content as needed to meet client deliverable deadlines
- Able to communicate around sensitive/challenging client issues
- Active participant in business development process for potential clients, and can lead digital sections of the process
- Adjust digital team members’ workflow as needed to ensure client profitability
- Active participant in Fellowship progress, as needed
- Depending on size of Clyde Group digital team, may manage direct reports and support their professional development

Qualifications/Required Skills:
- 6-8 years of communications experience; agency experience preferred
- Experience conceiving and deploying digital campaigns and programs using a variety of tools like DMB, DCM, and other exchange tools
- Experience with website development, social strategy, and paid media
- Seeks and is receptive to constructive feedback
- Possesses excellent writing and grammar skills, including the ability to write concisely, clearly, and logically
- Can edit the work of junior team members and explain edits in a way that improves their skills
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable with Microsoft and Google office products
- Comfortable learning and adopting new tech platforms
- Professional and mature demeanor in working with peers and more junior team members directly to solve problems, address issues, and diffuse internal challenges
