Creative Fellowship (July – December 2023)

Named America’s best boutique agency in 2021 and 2022, Clyde Group is a seeking rising Creative star to join our growing, high energy, people-centric, public relations and communications agency as part of our Clyde Fellowship Program. We are currently accepting resumes for the July – December 2023 cohort of fellows.  We’re a principles-driven firm disrupting “business as usual” in communications through creative strategy focused entirely on results-driven campaigns. Our work deals with exciting national-level issues, including healthcare, equity and inclusion, education, agriculture, financial services, technology, civil rights, and more. Clyde Group team members have an interest in, and enthusiasm for, the development of a rapidly evolving agency. We are unafraid of pushing each other and the norm.  Our team is creative, ambitious, collaborative and we do it all with intentional dedication to every individual “being able to bring  [their] whole self to work, safely”.

The Clyde Fellowship Program is designed to give recent college graduates hands-on experience in an agency environment and kickstart their career. Our Creative Fellow will support the creative team across all accounts. You will gain industry expertise and receive training in technical skills and industry tools; resume, cover letter, and portfolio workshops; and mentorship from across the organization and at every level.

This position will be based out of the Washington DC office or can be remote/hybrid.

To apply, you should:

• Have a working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Animation and illustration skills are a plus
• Have a working understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Be detail-oriented
• Have an interest in giving and receiving feedback that will help accelerate both hard and soft skills
• Have proven time management and organizational skills

• Have the ability to work 40 hours a week

• Have a background in design, visual art, or related field
• Have a knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the graphic production process
• Work well with others
• Know how to incorporate feedback on creative materials
• Have respect for a culturally diverse team
