Duncan Grimm supports Clyde Group with a background in Connecticut politics and a keen personal interest in public diplomacy. He supports communications operations for a variety of higher education and health care accounts, and also assists in Clyde Group’s business development by guiding research efforts. His first experience in Washington was supporting U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal’s office, where he assisted on a variety of projects including attending briefings on behalf of his foreign policy staff.
Prior to serving Clyde Group, Duncan helped facilitate the management of legislative and issue-oriented campaigns for Hartford-based firm McDowell Jewett Communications. He worked directly with the Managing Partner in assembling comprehensive campaign-finance reports, background briefings, as well as original and opposition research on behalf of critical attorneys general elections in the southern United States.
A native of Noank, Connecticut, Duncan graduated from Trinity College with a degree in history and a minor in legal studies. New Hampshire’s White Mountains are his home away from home, and he is always looking for new trails to hike.
