Alex Morris joins Clyde Group with a background in public affairs, statecraft and public relations.
His journey to Washington, D.C. began in Atlanta, GA, supporting constituent communications for The Honorable Johnny Isakson. He clearly and concisely relayed Senator Isakson’s conservative positions to Georgians on policy issues ranging from the ACA to the EPA. Working on behalf of the United States Senate ignited his zeal for public relations and created his vested interest in public service.
Following his service for Senator Isakson, Morris commenced his career in public affairs with McGuireWoods Consulting in Atlanta, GA. At MWC, he spearheaded research and business development for the state government relations team, deliberated policy with state representatives and assisted a broad range of associations and clients.
Alex is a recent graduate from The University of Alabama with degrees in Public Relations and American Studies. During his tenure at The Capstone, he served on the University Lobbying Board and as philanthropy chairman of his fraternity, working with non-profits across the United States.
He is frequently spotted around the office shouting “ROLL TIDE.”
