Culture

Clyde Group operates under three guiding principles that shape our work and the way we do it.

Yes, we do that

As a team, we make it happen and create solutions with the speed our clients need. We aren’t afraid to try new strategies and push our own professional boundaries.

Love the work, love the people

We don’t just take pride in our work, we love doing it. It is our top priority to make sure Clyde Group is a special place to work. We ask our team to be in and of our firm’s culture—friends as well as colleagues.

Unique backgrounds, unique results

Clyde Group is, and will always be, a safe space for everyone, regardless of gender, culture, race, religion, sexual preference, sexual affiliation, political affiliation and everything else that makes you who you are.

As part of our mission to be the best agency to work for, Clyde Group offers a unique and comprehensive suite of perks and benefits to our staff.

Sabbatical

We want employees who want to stay and grow with us. To recognize loyalty, Clyde Group employees receive a five-week paid sabbatical after their fifth anniversary. The catch? You have to go on an amazing adventure that will make us all insanely jealous.

Paid Family Leave

New baby? We provide eight weeks of paid family leave for parents of newborns and newly adopted children. And because parenting is messy, we also pay for a house cleaner each month for the first year of your child's life.

Summer Fridays

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Clyde Group employees are encouraged to work remotely on Fridays.

Professional Development Budget

All employees receive $1,000 each year for professional development resources such as classes, networking events and workshops. We want our employees to never stop learning.

Generous PTO Policy

Along with generous vacation, we are also flexible and understanding of life’s unpredictable events. You start with 12 days of vacation (and five sick/mental health days). These increase with your tenure at Clyde Group.

Extras

In addition to standard benefits like 401(k) matching and health insurance, we’re pretty proud of the perks – like Warm Cook Wednesday, happy hours, and our company retreats.

Careers

Are you looking to grow your career? Clyde Group, DC’s fastest-growing communications and public affairs agency, is actively hiring at all levels.

We are a highly competitive firm that’s well-connected, ambitious, demanding and rewarding. We’re strategically smart and tactically brilliant. If that sounds like you, apply to join us.
